Complete and accurate estimating has always been a high priority in our repair process.

When your vehicle enters our repair process the first step is to produce a complete and accurate estimate for the repairs. Most vehicles in need of mechanical diagnosis or vehicles involved in a collision have unexposed hidden damage. What this means is we disassemble the damaged parts to find any damage that may not be apparent on the surface. After we are able to diagnose and photograph all the damaged components of the vehicle we begin our estimate. This estimate will consist of 4 totals, Replacement parts, Repair Labor, and shop supplies and materials needed, and the associated taxes with parts and materials. After we have these 4 totals we are able to provide our customers, insurance partners, and fleet companies with a complete and accurate total for the cost of repairs. We do this to ensure a consistent repair cost through-out the repair process and ensure we able to get your vehicle back on the road efficiently and as quickly as possible.
